SSD installation

Hello I recently bought the Samsung 860 Evo 500G and connected it to my motherboard Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboardal and wanted to make it my primary drive but when I try installing Windows onto it from the USB I have it just keeps telling me "Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter" any help :/ (Not sure if i have to start the setup.exe in the usb)

You used the tool to make the USB a Windows 10 install drive right?

Do you just want to move windows onto it or your entire main drive onto the ssd?

Current Pc Parts:

-CPU: Intel i7-9700k

-GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 black edition

-CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x62

-Mobo: Asus z390-E gaming

-Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB pro 32g @3000MHz

-Storage: Samsung 850evo 256Gb

-Storage: Toshiba 1Tb 7200rpm

-Case: NZXT H500

-Extra: NZXT Hue 2

Yes went and downloaded the windows iso creation tool and set it up on the usb its just not seeing it when i try to boot up from the first priority drive for the usb

Basicially im trying to make a clean install onto the ssd with windows 10 so i can make it my drive for booting up

Could you see the SSD in the OS you're currently using?

Yes i can see the ssd in device manager and when im in the bios but its not recognizing the usb with the media creation tool so maybe its just the usb? its just a random crappy one i got from my mom hotel work

Using the USB port of the motherboard's rear I/O section? Try different ports.

that might be it, ive just being using it in the front on a 3.0 even though the usb is 2.0 i'll try now!
