Medium CPU usage causes VoIP lags

I get severe lags on VoIP services (Discord, TS, Skype) depending on my CPU game usage.

This starts out at slight lags when playing League of Legends capped with 15-25% to severe lags at uncapped 20-30%.

Witcher 3 didnt cause any lags, usage was around 20-25%.

Black Desert puts the usage at 40% and causes severe lags.

Benchmarks (Passmark, Cinebench, CPU-Z) completly blocked the connection but only once and i couldnt reproduce it.
