Loud Water Pump

I've recently bought the Coolermaster ML240L. After installation and booting, the temperatures are perfect (35-40C idle) however I noticed while the fans are virtually inaudible, the pump is making an annoying buzzing sound which is 5x louder than the fans. Is this normal?
 
EDIT: This is the closest thing that resembles the sound I'm hearing lol
