The Acer seem pretty good if you dont want rgb and adjustable mountstand.

One is much higher resolution than the other.  The smaller one is non ips and 1ms, the other is ips and doesn’t list response time It becomes a question of what you can drive, what you want to do with the monitor, and what your goals are.
