should I not buy the CPU and motherboard and buy a new 4670K and a cheap motherboard?

if yes, should I buy another cooler and case?

i wouldnt theres too many risks with second hand, however if you were to give us a budget we can give you a list of parts for the price that will get the same if not better :P

I have not bought it yet. the great price is 1050$ but it is in another country so the prices here much more expensive than US and CA and UK...

No, I am using NIS - New Israeli Shekels... I just transfered it to USD.

What Do you Say?

And what should I check when I buy it?

My Specs now:

CPU: Q8400

GPU: 9800GT

Ram: 2X2GB DDR3 1600MHz

Storage: 1X 500GB BLUE WD & 1X 500GB Seagate Baraccuda

PSU: OCZ 550W Fatality (Bought yesterday, my last one burned...)

Cost about the same as new 4 years ago (without one HDD and a cheap PSU)..
