Help!! slow Mvme usb

Hi, i have bought a Kingston A2000 250GB and a unitek usb 3.1 gen2 m.2 enclosure. after doing a crystal disk mark test i am only seeing 48MB/s on read and 43MB/s on writes, this is plugged into a usb 3.0 (motherboard) and i have made sure to turn off windows quick removal, format the drive (NTFS). i have even gotten a 2 replacement enclosures of different brands.

any help would be much appreciated, Thanks.
