Are you using the apu or the gpu (where are the video cables connected)?

How are temperatures, usage, and clockspeeds?

What speed is your memory running at?

They shouldn't be....

They might be similar, but while stressed they should be fairly different, by at least 10 degrees.

Well 1.4 ghz is definitely a little low, did you underclock? Have you tried resetting cmos?

These are some things to start your troubleshooting then

1. Check the temperatures specifically. GPU shouldnt be above ~85, cpu should be under ~73 under load.

2. Reset cmos, take the bios back to the basics

3. Reinstall the gpu drivers using DDU

1. you might  get high temps

2. very unlikely but depending on your game you might be short on vram from your gpu since the 1050ti only has 4 it usually isnt enough for modern tipleA games especially if you are saying that its on high

3. check what graphics you're using the game might be set to use your apu rather than the discrete graphics

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Are your video cables connected to your motherboard or your graphics card?

check in the control panel if it says auto select gpu

change it to always use the dedicated graphics in this case it might say 1050ti

you could be using alot of vram more than the gpu can handle if you have MSI afterburner or something alike check how much vram you're using
