Will a GTX 1050 ti with no power connector work with Dell PSU

I think this goes here. I have a Gtx 1050 ti and a Dell Optiplex 390, do I need a new PSU for it to have enough power?

This is thing is rated for 250W or just 240W excluding 5v rail, combined with just 18A on the 12v rail...

 

Pretty sure it won't manage a GTX 1050 Ti on top of the whole prebuild, it wasn't designed for this.

Meh. I've ran an Intel Core 2 Quad q6600 with 4x2GB DDR2 and a 58W(+) overclocked GT 220 on a weaker and older Dell Optiplex PSU. It's run fine (and hot) for many years. It did make some weird noises at times but still works without issues. :P
