No. i think you can even push a 2080 there.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

 

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)

A Ryzen 5 3600X wouldn't bottleneck an RTX 2060 if that's what you're asking.

If you're buying a new CPU, choose the 3600 over the 3600X, the only real difference between them is the included cooler. With the same cooler both perform the same.

i have a 2700x and a 2080 and i don't feel bottlenecked atm.

so you should be good to go

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.
