So I start to build a new computer after about 3 years because my old one is getting out of date. I buy all the parts and I put it all together then I start first boot then it just boot loops I get ready to install windows and before anything gets started or just sitting not doing a thing it stays on for about 2 to 3 mins then it restarts and I'm back at square one iv replaced the power supply and the mother board
