Cpu to Gpu bottleneck

An R5 2600 and a 2070S is a great pairing, you shouldn't get any heavy bottlenecks with this.

Depending on the game you play, you could encounter high fps with a different CPU, but nothing earth shatteringly different.

Personally I am not running an 2070S with my Ryzen 7 1700 and I'm getting good performance (at 4K60Hz, I'm sure at higher refreshrates you might want to get something different).
