Another Laptop Processor for Desktop?

Pretty sure these were released in China.

So, as I was browsing through some budget builds on some tech guides, I saw a listing of Ryzen 5 3500 Desktop Processor (As in the attachment), the link provided opens an online retailer where they're selling Ryzen 5 3500 Desktop Processor. As far as I know, AMD has no official listing of R5 3500 Desktop Series. Is it another Mobile Processor to Desktop Processor? And, should I buy it?

The price mentioned is roughly $200-220$(US)
