I'd this a good all around computer for gaming, editing, programing, etc. I'd there anything else recommended for this price range?

For $1100 it's not a very bad deal, but of course you can always watch a youtube vid and build yourself for less

 

Non blower graphics card and bigger SSD, for your consideration

That looks like a fair price for the components. I believe Cyber power uses off the shelf parts so there shouldn’t be any upgrade limitations. You should just double check what the psu and mobo are because that is usually where these vendors cheap out.
