+$50 used ebay Corsair 2x8gb 2133mhz Dominator. 

+$30 used ebay PNY gtx 780 3gb 384bit enthusiast edition. OC +90 core + 300 memory 65c peak.

2 wooden sticks.

1 rubber band.

probably your PCI slot won't handle to well the fact that you use it for support for 2 fans on top and then you left hanging two fans on bottom. Maybe try to mount the fans to the well will some cables? You know like a castle bridge
