GPU for i7 4790

Hey!

i'm looking for a GPU to fit into a i7 4790 system for gaming in 1080p. What are your opinions on 1660ti, 2060 or 5700?

I don't know what refreshrate the monitor is going to have, but if it's not 120hz+, i guess the 2060/5700 would be a bit overkill, right? Or is the CPU going to bottleneck it anyway? What would you recommend in that case?

If you're shooting for only 1080p the 1660 ti is a solid pick.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

I couldn't spend 2060 money with that cpu. But if you prefer eyecandy as well, raytracing could be worth it. 

Cpu is gonna struggle with a lot of cards depending on the games.
