Gamma issue for bright green

I can't get the 48% green gamma value around 2.2 no matter what I do in my monitor settings. It doesn't even show up on the graph, again regardless of my settings. It is around 1.0 I guess. And in general bright green on the screen looks...wrong. Too...bright? I know because I tried a monitor which had proper 2.2 gamma and everything looked nice. Some of the other colors are also a bit messed up but none as bad as that bright green. The green is my main concern right now.

 

Is it even possible to calibrate in this situation?
