Pc turning on and off

I recently installed a new mobo and cpu, for the first 3 days it ran good, but would blue screen a few times. Now it won’t even boot, it will turn on, for 3 seconds then shut off and repeat in a loop, is this normal or is there something wrong, please let me know

Bluescreening a few times in 3 days != running good.  There is something wrong and was ever since you did your install

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
