Recommendation for a pre-built tower.

Can someone please recommend a pre-built tower to me for a budget cap of 35,000 INR.

I saved up that money from my pocket money over the years. I plan on using it for learning programming.

Also, should I build one? 

Note: I know nothing about building a PC.

Unfortunately, I live in India. Nobody gives a shit about building computers here until they reach college, NOBODY.

The education system here is shit.

justdontdoit. and i dont see how the education system has got to do with building a pc. why not build one yourself? there are lots of youtube tutorials by LTT, Pauls Hardware etc. But at that price point, consider your local used marketplace and look for a used PC that will suit your needs.

Well that is what I first suggested. My parents allowed me to do that.

My parents are okay with this, but other's... they would skin them alive and tell them to go study for a fucking college degree. Any almost all people with a degree in almost anything end up sitting at home with no job. People have become so obsessed with becoming engineers over here that most college you find here will be fake and would be handing out degrees. There are only a few legitimate colleges left here like IITs or NITs.

 

If a kid wants to learn something in India at an early age (like building a PC), they are forbidden to do so by their parents until and unless they genuinely understand what I said above.

i still dont get what it has got to do with building a pc. I have both built many PCs and I am still studying, en route to University in one of the most competitive education systems in the world (Other than China, no one can beat that)

then why not buy a used pc that someone else has already built?
