Sennheiser or Audio Tech??

Hey guys, i am currently looking for best comfort and music sound quality headset for gaming as well as music.

I first thought about getting Razer Kraken Pro due to their visual and comfortness.

But, today morning, i tried my friends AT M50 and they sounded just way beyond Siberia v2 or other peripherals I've used.

So, today, at the time of writing, I came up with few headphones sub 60~70$ with the sales included.

Which of these do you guys recommend for long time wearing (comfortness) and sound quality?

1. Audio Tech ATH-M35

2. Sennheiser HD429

3. Sennheiser HD428

Also, some of Sennheiser had like SC or S after the HD###, what are these variables means?

I have M30's and love them for gaming. Great for the price and the M35 is just a refresh of it, same drivers and sound.

I haven't used the 428 or 429's my self. I'd say wait to buy a pair of cans tho. You get what you pay for at the lower end. Save, buy M50's or 558's and be happy in the long run.

The lower end Sennheisers are probably more comfortable than the lower end audio-technicas. I'd push for a 439 because it has a detachable cable (read: extra longevity) where the other 400 series headphones do not.

@EmoRarity, what's better, the M35 or the T400?

thanks for the answers guys, i chose m35 since i heard and ready many of reviews that 429/428 is more heavy on the bass instead of the clear crisp highs i wanted which m35's do have. Also, any recommendations on amplifier kit? I'm currently considering this : http://www.amazon.com/Pyle-Pro-PHA40-4-Channel-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B003M8NVFS/ref=pd_sim_sbs_e_1

None, especially not a Pyle of junk like that. Spend that money on better headphones.

cmoy(jds labs has kit or prebuilt) or fiio e5/e6, if you need more volume, but I wouldn't get one just to get one.

Will work for electronic components and parts
