Hey,

i am going to Build a Pc in the next week hopefully.

It will probably look like this:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QD97Xv

My question now is, is it really worth to get a 3600 ram? or should i go with a lower ram, or maybe stick with my current ballistix Sport Lt and overclock it to atleast 3000?
If i can keep my old Ram i could probably go for an 2070 Super instead of the 5700 xt, so what is more worth performance wise?
Also would be the "be Quiet Psu with 500 W enoug or do i really  need the 600w ?

thanks in advance :x

500 watts is quite a lot, I doubt you'd have issues.

as for ram, worth a shot with using your current kit and venturing an overclock

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

thank you, so would a 2070 S come in better than the 5700xt ? Since i can spare "some money" trough the ram ?

They're not too far apart in performance, not nearly enough to justify the price difference. You'll get the same experience with the 5700 XT, sans ray tracing.
