Link to the parts list.

I want Intel even though AMD will be cheaper and by over half plus with a motherboard almost 100 dollars less I could save 300 but again I want Intel as the CPU because its a Company I like. The theme is white So thats why the white PSU, GPU and Ram. I would like to know of feed back on any parts that are overkill or could be replaced with a better part for cheaper but still maintains looks.

Your theme is white but your motherboard is black, and that is the most visible component in this build. Why not go for a white one: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/2k3H99/asus-prime-z390-a-atx-lga1151-motherboard-prime-z390-a

I would recommend an arctic mobo but I can't see a Z390 variant.

Also, you cant see the PSU in that case, so colour doesn't matter.

The cooler is also too expensive.

And unless you have HDD's available you should probably balance the cash a little more towards storage.

I did consider that MOBO but I Just like the gigabyte one plus it has built in wifi. The IO for the Gigabyte MOBO just draws me in but I will look at what is on sale next week and if there is a massive price difference then I will buy the ASUS board The PSU was because the cables are white and those I will see only slightly but still will see them. I like the look of the cooler and just think it looks nicer then an Air cooler but that is just my opinion. I will be using the HDD from my current PC.

Thanks for the advice

the Z390-A is much, much worse than the master.

Arctic doesn't sell motherboards.

the white RMX comes with white sleeved cables.

its an american company mainly

(AMD) is an American multinational semiconductor company based in Santa Clara, California.

That said, the A400 is a garbage SSD in every way, you can also fit an i9 9900KF in there instead by picking a Noctua NH-D15 or Dark Rock Pro 4 for the same end result of the 100 dollars more expensive AiO.

You can also save another 100 dollars on running Windows inactive for now to afford a RTX 2080 Super FE instead which will outperform any 2070 Super.
