PC Component Suggestions needed!

stickart95

I'm very new to the PC building community and have little experience but am always open to learn what I can. I am trying to build a smaller form factor rig that would be used for my living room running strictly my Valve Index. I already know that I want to use the H500 Cool Master case, 2070 super GPU, and an AMD processor of some sort. I apologize that this is very little to go on, but again I'm really new to this stuff and any insight would be much appreciated.

What is your budget and what kind of monitor/peripherals do you have/want?

Try using the PSU Tier List!

How to reset the bios/clear the cmos

What is your price budget? If you are spending that much on a graphics card and want to play games, since your tv is 120hz it might be ok, but will probably have a lot of input lag still.

sorry, and as for budget, I would stay more than likely as close $1000 as I can.

i'm not too worried about input lag since the TV would be used as essentially a viewing for a group of people that come over and we play the VR. I have a desktop that I would have my normal PC games on, but need something in my living room so I don't have to lug around my current desktop to have the VR viewed on the TV.

The H500 is in no way shape or form a small form factor case so you can go all out on the component sizing lol

so you can go for the 3600 and 5700xt cookie cutter builds.

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

CURRENT PC SPECS

CPU             Ryzen 5 3600 (Formerly Ryzen 3 1200)

GPU             : ASUS RX 580 Dual OC (Formerly ASUS GTX 1060 but it got corroded for some odd reasons)

GPU COOOER      : ID Cooling Frostflow 120 VGA (Stock cooler overheats even when undervolted :()

MOBO            : MSI B350m Bazooka

MEMORY          Team Group Elite TUF DDR4 3600 Mhz CL 16
STORAGE         : Seagate Baracudda 1TB and Kingston SSD
PSU             : Thermaltake Lite power 550W (Gonna change soon as i dont trust this)
CASE            : Rakk Anyag Frost
CPU COOLER      : ID-Cooling SE 207
CASE FANS       : Mix of ID cooling fans, Corsair fans and Rakk Ounos (planned change to ID Cooling)
DISPLAY         : SpectrePro XTNS24 144hz Curved VA panel
MOUSE           : Logitech G603 Lightspeed
KEYBOARD        : Rakk Lam Ang

HEADSET         : Plantronics RIG 500HD

Kingston Hyper X Stinger

and a whole lot of LED everywhere(behind the monitor, behind the desk, behind the shelf of the PC mount and inside the case)
