Problem with website

Hi this is my first time posting on a forum so I hope this is ok an in the correct place.

Some people are having this problem but not all and its costing business. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right way to fix this.

I was about to ask the same. I think the bottom image is how it's supposed to look and the top one is the way it actually looks. Looks like broken CSS to me

Can confirm CSS is gone. 

Did you write the code yourself or are you just having issues with loading it? Because you could always just try a different browser.

I've tried on Chrome and Firefox and it looks like the above image. So, whoever built the site should look into fixing it

 

I suppose the people for whom it's (still) working have the correct version in their cache, so it's only a question of time until it breaks from those too.
