Things I would possibly change, but I have no clue of your budget, area, use case, etc.

 

But it will work well and perform nicely.

@Plouffe  @jstuart83 i don't have any budget, just thinking the best PC for gaming and streaming+video edditing. :) i'm from Romania and i don t wanna buy the 2080ti, cuz the 2080 super its 600euros cheaper than the TI. But, its this ok? What changes whould you make? Without changing the GPU.

3700x+B450 MSI MAX will be more than enough.

Remove the AIO and get the Dark Rock 4 instead.

Sabrent Rocket NVMe 1TB.

Coolermaster H500, kinda the same but cheaper.

Corsair RMx 550/650w instead.

@Plouffe Why go for the sabret rocket ssd? I cand afford the 1TB Aorus, it has 5000/4xxx read/write. And the H150i pro i think its better for my build, cuz i don t want to have any problems with cooling. And the H500 dosen t support the 360mm water cooling on top, where i want to put the radiator. Cuz i wanna buy ll120 fans for the radiator with erb lights.

Because I did a buid with a b450 motherboard and gen 4 NVMe won't benefit from it, also it's still overpriced for something you won't notice.

You won't have any problem with air cooling (less noise, no pump failure).

 

My build is just as good minus 5-10 FPS for 750 less $.
