My front panel usb not working

Only with an adapter like this: https://www.amazon.com/SIENOC-Female-Motherboard-Housing-Adapter/dp/B00EOI3VC8/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=usb+2.0+to+3.0+front+panel&qid=1574082638&sr=8-3

 

That port on the board looks like an USB 2.0 front panel header, the cable in the second picture looks like a USB 3.0 front panel cable.
