You will likely need dedicated gpu for each VM to achieve that performance.

 

One SATA III channel may well saturate at times.

 

Surely such an investment deserves more than an entry level psu?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

that was what i was thinking the gpu is for the main system
