Undervolting CPU and GPU

i have this 14inch device with one fan and one heat sink. so it get really hit when I hit the games like everything beyond 80C i tried to limit cpu usage to 60% which help a little but not enough

should i do undervolt? how? gpu or cpu or both?

 

i5-8250U and MX150 25Watt

decrease as much as possible until your PC crashes. it sets in small increments so it's super easy to do.

i apply -0.055v
