USB-C earphones connectivity problem

Hello guys! Hope you are doing well

 

So i got myself a pair of  UiiSii C8 earphones for my OnePlus 6T. The main reason for buying these was a usb-c type connection, I just hate adapters/dongles. UiiSii work perfectly with my OnePlus, never had any issues.

My PC however doesn't want to work with them for some reason. I have a MSI B360M Mortar motherboard, which has a usb-c type port. When I stick UiiSii into motherboards usb-c port, nothing happens. It just does not recognize them at all.

I've already updated my MB BIOS to the latest version as well as audio drivers from B360M official website.

Earphones do not appear in sound menu. Choosing Realtek Digital Output instead of a standard one makes no difference.

 

Maybe you have some ideas how to make UiiSii pairing/working with my PC?
