Mobo isn't posting?

I acquired a motherboard from a buddy who upgraded his computer (Got it for brother who is still sadly playing with a q6600).  It was working fine before he dismantled it. When I got it, I noticed a bent pin.

It's an ivy bridge and the coordinates are 6,4; pointing to a VSS pin connection.

I straightened it out as best as I could, but I'm not getting a post. I'm not even sure if it's the pin that is giving me an issue.

It's throwing an error 55 (doesn't detect ram error). I've tried every ram slot, cleared cmos, did the jumper ect...

I'm not sure what I'm supposed do now.

The motherboard model is an

ASRock P67 extreme 4 gen 3
