keyboard New keyboard, windows problem

So I had problem with my old one keyboard (Corsair). The problem was that i couldn't use TAB key without Shift, so when u press tab nothing happens. But then only in combination with shift it works perfect. I bought new keyboard (Razer) And first 2 days the problem was gone. Than i turn my pc on, launch BF5 and problem comes again, and would not go away.

You guys got some solutions? It's really annoying while playing league or other games.

Giving the specific models of keyboards would help ascertain your issue. You could possibly look into trying your keyboard(s) with another device like a laptop or another PC and see if the issue still persists that way.

Is https://config.qmk.fm/#/test picking up keystrokes on tab?

So my old one is Corsair K40. New one is Razer Huntsman Elite. I connected it to the other PC and it work's perfect. but on this PC still not. Also tried this site https://config.qmk.fm/#/test and it does detect Tab. And I still have to hold shift to use Tab anywhere else. (OS used for screenshot)
