[Need Help] Updating bios

Im not really a techy guy and i never really updated my bios since i didn't have any problem with it. But lately, im having issues with my memory so im thinking of updating my bios but im kinda not sure how i should do it exactly.

My current BIOS' version is F4 and i wanted to update it to F25, should i just download and update it to F25 directly? Or should i download each version and update it one version at a time till F25?

As it says on the BIOS page, you need to update to F31 first, then to the latest. Put them both on a USB, update to 31, then reboot, then update to latest.

Sorry for confusing you, my english isn't so good.
What i was asking, is if i only wanted to update it to F25 and im currently on F3, do i have to update my bios to each version one by one like F5, F6, F7 til i get to F25 or i could just go ahead and update to F25 directly?

If it's under 31, then you can just update to it directly. BUT, why do that? if you're gonna update BIOS anyway, update it to the latest unless it removes support for the CPU you're using of course.
