Bottlenecking

Would i be bottle necking if i got a ryzen 9 3900x with my 2070 Super? Will things be fine or should i look for a new card Everything else i am fine with just not the GPU im not so sure.

I mean 2070 super is good but you could get 2080 super if you could go with r7 3700x instead of your overkill processor.
