Friend of mine tried it. It worked, but it certainly wasn't great. Fine for strategy games etc. but not for faster paced stuff. RDP isn't really made for streaming. You're probably better of with something like Steam Remote Play.

I wouldn't use RDP, it was never designed for that. I would use Parsec or Steam in home streaming. These are both optimized and designed to play games remotely. They will even work with controllers.
