Hello. I am looking to buy a MacBook Pro 13", and I can choose between a late 2013 Intel i5 2.4GHz, 8GB DDR3. 256GB SSD, and an Early 2015 2.7GHz Intel i5 2.4GHz, 8GB DDR3. 128GB SSD. I am looking to do 1080p video editing along with casual web surfing. I would like the Late 2013 because it has a 256GB storage, but I'm wondering, is it weaker?

The 2015 system will be more powerful, no question.  But the truth is that you might be tight for space on both systems if you're doing a lot of video editing.  I'd rather get the 2015 model and plug in a reasonably fast external drive (ideally an SSD) to store video work.

I'm not doing a whole lot, but I would be more comfortable with 256GB. I mean, 128GB SSD will have the OS on it with all the additional apps, and I will add some. So I am worried that the memory would fill up fast. My video files are usually around 20GB on average. I just edit them, upload to YT, then delete.
