Hello everyone I was looking to upgrade my graphics card which is a gtx 760 and I found a gtx 1060 6gb going for $160. I was wondering if it was worth it considering it's 2019,or maybe I should save more money for a gtx 2060?

Thank you in advance!

In my opinion the best value graphics card right now is amd‘s Radeon rx 5700 xt. It all depends on your games and monitor. If you only have a 1080p panel, especially only 60Hz, then you won’t ever need one better than the gtx 1080.

But for the price and year we are at is it worth buying it? I mean 1080 is way higher up the wallet scale

That's really not a good price for the performance you'll get from it. A brand new RX 580 is only $20 more, and it has the same performance but a warranty and better support.

It depends. If you're looking for getting the most frames for the price, and getting something inexpensive, I'd say to wait and go for an RX 5500 or XT depending. Otherwise an RX 5700 will get you the newest stuff for the best price to performance ratio.
