He might make a crypto currency tutorial but its very different between bitcoin and litecoin so he may not get around to litecoin in particular.

It was a hardware video, not a software one showing how to set it up.

Yeah but no one cares about Mining bitcoin, and those that do are told to not bother, and Linus could just say, "don't bother because blablabla" and then continue on with the tutorial.

It would be fun to post that video on every "how to mine bitcoin?" thread that pops up.

You know, as much as I want to argue against you and say "nooo linus op plz nerf" you're sort of right. He doesn't know everything and I don't think he's too savvy with the whole mining business. He might be, and could slap me in the face with a few facts, but those are just some thoughts.
