hello people  of the internet i need some advice for a new pc i want to build. u see i hav a 700 usd budjet and i need it to be able to run on a 4k 140hz tv for csual gaming and video streaming can you all plz help me pick out parts

Gunna need to go Ryzen, 3600 or something, can go down to. Wait till black friday/cyber monday and snatch the best deal you can find and build off that, no fewer than 4 cores look for 6 or 8, and a radeon 5700XT or a 1080TI, I doubt you will get decent gaming abilities at 4k for under $900 USD unless you already have some parts.
