I often lose sound i my left ear, sometimes its quiet and sometimes no sound at all, i have check all the plugs, i am using the front connector. i have made sure the sound is equal in the setting. i have tried another pair of headphone and they dont work either. My headphone dont lose sound with my phone, the only problem is my pc. The thing i am confused about is i can unplug my audio jack from my headphones (it can be used as wirelessly) and that sometimes fixes.

i dont know what to do

Try looking inside the PC and seeing if all the front panel connectors are plugged in. If it is a pre-built it likely has a single all-in-one plug that can't be unplugged without the rest being unplugged as well. If that doesn't work it might be your PC case. As a last resort (before replacing the case)  I would recommend reloading windows.

hmm weird. (If you haven't already) I would still recommend checking inside right now because those connectors are some of the easiest things to come off inside a computer.

OK, uhh, I would try resetting your bios. Then contact your MB manufacturer or case manufacturer about the issue you are having.
