Keyboard keys not working

So, for a few months my Esc,1,q,a and z keys aren't working, I swapped my keyboard a few times tried everything I could, still can't fix it. Could anyone please help me out here?

Try another keyboard? If it's specific to your keyboard you'll likely need to buy a new one unless you're willing to take it apart and try and fix it yourself, which will likely result in you having to buy a new one anyway.

Try uninstalling all the keyboard drivers and restarting your computer with the keyboard unplugged. When windows boots again just plug the keyboard back in and let Window's detect the correct drivers.
