Asus z87 Pro USB issues

Helo Techies,

 

Supose this goes in this part of the forum?

 

Only just realised (cos I'm an idiot) that my USB 3.0 ports (the top four to be precise) do not connect with usb 3.0 devices, it seems to work with 2.0, not sure though. Seen people with the same problem, but no fixes so far.

Updated BIOS and still no fix.

I'd love some help, any extra information will be given asap

did you load the Intel USB 3.0 (mobo header) and ASMedia 3.0 drivers (rear I/o)?

All drivers collected from the asus website, and device manager is all go

Oh yes, tried to download the asmedia updater:
