thermal radar not starting

so as the title says thermal radar not starting it is the sabertoth 990fx R2 mobo 

i have tried reinstalling it no luck there 

changed from windows 7 to windows 8.1 pro no luck 

it used to work some people say that it is Norton 360 changing the registry but i disabled it before i installed it

download newest aisuite then install it again can be a corrupt file in the installation. if not chek if norton is blocking it.

chek if norton is block the file.

Sorry for the trouble. I am Vineeth and I am from the Norton Support team.

 

I do not think Norton is blocking this programs. However; to confirm this, go to system tray, right-click the Norton product and then select "disable Auto-Protect" and "disable Smart Firewall." Let me know if the problem persists.

thanks for commenting it is not Norton it must be a problem with windows 8.1 and the software
