Bottleneck Help

Hello guys I need you help, will my core i7 2600k @ 4.4ghz bottleneck my 7970's in crossfire?

 

Specs

 

Case- Cooler Master Haf X

CPU- i7 2600k @ 4.4

CPU cooler- Nzxt Kraken x40 in push pull with Noctua NF-A14 fans

MB- Asus Sabethooth Z77

Memory- 16gb Corsair Vengance @ 1866mgz

SSD- Vertex 4 256gb

Second Storage- WD Caviar Black 2tb

Power Supply- OCZ ZX 850w

GPU- 2x Sapphire 7970 ghz ed. 6gb ram

Sound Card- Asus Xonar DX

Opc Drive- Pioneer Blu-Ray burner

Windows 8

I dont think there could be a significant bottleneck especially with that cpu and overclock.

Ok thanks, my PCI slots are running at 2.0 because of the CPU, do you thinks is worth to upgrade my CPU?

pci2.0 is still not a bottleneck in anyway, there is no graphics cards that can actually utilize the bandwidth of 3.0

This build is relatively good. Bottlenecks should not be such a problem at all.

No even at stock settings it would be way more then enough CPU power in that system for crossfire. Unless your PCI-E is not running at 8x 8x.
