Hi, im planning on building my first pc. I chose some parts but i would like to know some opinions if this is going to work, if there are better choices or anything else. I dont have a stated budget (less than $2000 dollars), and i really like this build.

The parts are:

- INTEL I7 9700k 3.6 Ghz

-  MSI GEFORCE RTX 2060 Gaming z

-  ASUS PRIME Z-390 A

-  CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO 16gb (2 of 8gb) 3200 megahertz

- SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1tb

- EVGA - 850W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply

- (maybe) COOLER MASTER C700P Case

- (maybe) NZXT KRAKEN x72 liquid cooling

About peripherals (not really important)

- razer huntsman elite

- mouse pad REDRAGON ORION P001

- msi optix 24" MAG24C 144Hz Curved.

Please let me know. Thanks

expensive board for what little it offers

Overkill, 2060 + 9700k wont need more than 500W PSUs.

Huge for what it holds

money better spent elsewhere rather than a premium cooler

Have you taken AMD in consideration? 3800X + a X570 board easily fits your budget l.

definitely grab a SSD like @TheGlenlivet mentioned

Here you go. 8c/16t will be plenty for the coming years. 5700XT is a good 1440P card;

not sure if that $2k included peripherals mentioned or not, so left them out (you have $600 left anyways)

Nice, we don't see a lot of build with 3800x, they should have named it 3700x instead and the 3700x  should have been the 3700.

Who is we? I mean in OP’s budget you could even get away with a 3900x I think.

Yeah but for that price the 3700x/3800x is more reasonable even a 3600 is nice :)

Thank you. This is a really nice build, especially if an expert says it, so i might be going with this one. Maybe just change RAM.

For this build do i have to buy a cooler? I live in Argentina so the only thing that i need to buy is a argentinian cable for the power supply?

If you don't overclock, the included CPU cooler is more than enough otherwise get a Dark Rock 4.

No idea, I know my psu was sent with the standard european cable I suppose they should deliver the correct cable for your area too ? If no, you will need to buy one indeed.

If i changed the graphics card for a rtx 2060 gaming z 6gb (i cant buy the 2080 because it is sold out near my location), it would still be ok? Could i buy something else with the extra money?

Either get a 5700XT or 2070S because there is a huge gap between the 2060S and 2080S. You can still use the money to get an air cooler like the Dark Rock 4 or NH U14S.

@Stormseeker9 and I made solid build and the 2060S would be a real downgrade.
