It depends on the game. Some take a lot more power than others, so this question cannot be answered with a blanket 'yes' or 'no' answer.

Since you mention VR, I don't think this PC is capable of it since it's only running on an APU. You should consider getting a PC with a dedicated video card like an Nvidia 1660 Super.

You may be able to run VR games on this but don't expect stellar performance.

The deep blue sky is infinitely high and crystal clear.

I have a PC at this time but it has GT 520. If I was 100% certain I could upgrade then I would.

Well, if you can share the specs of your existing PC we can probably figure out if it can be upgraded or not.

As Epimethus mentioned above, use CPU-Z, you can screenshot its findings and post it here.

 

Or if you wanna be more detailed. Run DxDiag (from the run command in windows) and save all information into a txt and post it here.
