Which Pi?

Hey guys! SgtKenzo here and here I am again with more questions.

 

This time it's regarding the use of a Raspberry Pi and setting it up for a low power and cheap AF NAS.

Does anyone here have any experience with it? Because the main question is -

 

Which RAM model should I get? 1GB, 2GB or 4GB? Bearing in mind that I want to run a PLEX server on this as well.
