PBO settings on ASRock Motherboards

Hi, so I have the Phantom Gaming 4 mobo with a Ryzen 7 3700X and I had a question regarding the PBO settings. Currently it's set to "auto" not enabled. I'm confused by this, does this mean depending on the load, PBO will be enabled automatically? Or should I manually set it to "Enable"?

One more thing, currently if it's not enabled, I'll not enable it until I get a good cooler. I'm using the wraith prism cooler and I'm seeing peaks between 85-90°C and average of 70 to 75°C under full load. And the frequency hits to 4.05GHz(all cores simultaneously) at 1.41V. I've recorded these values using Ryzen Master.
