Mouse acting up

Hey,

So during the last week or so my mouse, razer lancehead tournament edition, has been acting up. Some times for a minut or so, the mouse icon itself moves like it should, however when i click with the move, it's off by quite a bit. It will not scroll click, when i click the mouse wheel anymore however some times it does the scroll click without me having touched it. It only happens for a moment each time, but it's happening ofter and ofter. I tried reinstalling the drivers, I even did a clean install of windows. Is my mouse just dying?

I haven't spilled or dropped my mouse so there should nothing physically wrong with it.
