pc Need Help here

Hi guys, I need some help here. 

Last night something wrong with my PC and electricity in my home.

I dont really have idea what happened, but seems its have connections about my pc and my home electricity problem.

So the problem is when i playing games and turned on my Water machine pump, my electricity shut down instantly. Thwt never happened before after I use my pc for 2+- years. After i try to figure it out what happened, i just realized when i play games and turned on my water machine my electricity on my home cant handle. But so weird, if im not playing game or leave pc in idle ( on desktop) everything is good. So what really happening here, since i need to do something. Repair my pump water machine or something wrong with my pc.

water machine pump? wth is that?
so once you turn on the so called water pump. it pops the MAIN breaker and the WHOLE house is without power? or its popping a smaller breaker and a section of house goes out?

Its a pump water its like jet pump ,  yes all electricity in my house goes out. So weird its never happen before. Oyea i forgot to tell, before that happen. About 2-3 weeks same weird happen to. But only between my fan and my pc. So if i playing game and turnnon my fan, my pc keep restarting if i play games. So i turn down voltage for my cpu and everything good. But now exact same thing happens but now between my pc and my jet pump. Im sure my electricity in my house can handle both pc and jetpump. I scared if something wrong eith my psu or electricity to my pc.

No its not, its just jet pump. I don't know what to call it before. But i try to googling it

ok im guessing its going to be the jetpump causing the main to pop...usually means the motor is pulling WAY to many amps (motor going bad). a computer as far as i have ever heard cant cause a main to pop...a smaller breaker yes, not a main.  look at the jetpump....but then also the main could be bad (weak). and cant handle the load anymore (they do go bad now and then)
you see theres usually smaller breakers before the main..them are supposed to pop before the main ever does.
