Media desktop recommendations?

I have recently cut cable out and my TV (55') job duties has essentially been relegated to youtube via my xbox one.  I've been considering getting a prebuilt to get copies of my videos and such put on it, along with web browsing and other various activities from the comfort of my recliner.  Budget would possibly be less then 600.  I'm just concerned how the desktop would handle the size.  I have a similar setup with my laptop and another TV in another room and I don't have much problems and I'm hoping to do the same with the larger tv in another.
