Update aorus b450 pro Bios

Hi, just want to get some opinion and idea from you guys. Is Aorus B450 pro motherboard suitable to update BIOS? Currently my BIOS version are F2.

My current hardware/CPU
Cpu :AMD Ryazen 2600

I heard that updating bios might damage motherboard, so I just currious is anyone having the same motherboard and updated the bios

As I just now saw from YouTube that someone is teaching updating bios with aorus motherboard and as you mention unless power goes out and motherboard will be dead. And now I still hesitate need to update the bios not

I've met a windows loading screen bug. But the bug can be fix by closing one booting fast tick. And I'm not sure that the bug is coming from which or what component or software

This looks like a normal boot.

It's always like stuck there for a second then boot back. I have no idea what's going on there also. So I was curious is my motherboard bios problem or what kind of problem. Cause I've never met this issue in my laptop
